Behari Factory is a home kitchen built around one simple idea: food that tastes like it came from your own family's kitchen. Everything we make is all desi — the spices, the methods and the flavours you grew up with. At the heart of it are our Behari kebabs: minced meat marinated in a rich blend of spices, then shaped by hand and either cooked fresh until browned or packed frozen so you can fry them at home whenever you want.

Alongside the kebabs you'll find different types of rice — a fragrant, gently spiced pulao for everyday meals and a bold, layered biryani for when you want something special. We also make curries, savory items, jelly and pickles, so a full desi spread can come from one place.
